The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically via the Seller’s website,

4. DELIVERY 4.1. The product shall be delivered to the Buyer or the designated person/entity within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. If the Seller fails to fulfill this obligation, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract. In case of termination, the Seller must refund all payments, including delivery costs and legal interest, within 3 business days of receiving the termination notice.
4.2. The Seller cannot be held responsible if a third party refuses to accept the delivery.
4.3. Payment must be completed for procurement and delivery to begin. If the payment is not made or is canceled, the Seller's delivery obligation is terminated.
4.4. If delivery becomes impossible, the Buyer must be notified in writing. All payments received must be refunded to the Buyer within 3 business days.
4.5. Responsibility for the product lies with the Seller until delivery. However, if the Buyer chooses a carrier other than the one designated by the Seller, the Seller’s responsibility ends upon delivery to the chosen carrier.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1. Pursuant to Law No. 6502, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods without giving any reason or paying a penalty.
5.2. Withdrawal notices can be sent in writing to [email protected]. The burden of proof for the withdrawal notice lies with the Consumer.
5.3. Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the original invoice must be returned to the Seller.
5.4. For orders delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day the last item is received.
5.5. Exceptions: Products prepared according to the consumer's specific requests, products with opened protective seals (packaging, tape, etc.) after delivery, and periodicals such as newspapers or magazines are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5.6. Upon a valid withdrawal notice, the Seller shall refund all payments within 3 business days.
5.7. The Consumer is not responsible for changes or deteriorations occurring within the withdrawal period if the product is used in accordance with its technical specifications and instructions. Otherwise, the Seller is not liable for returns or exchanges.
5.8. If the returned product is sent via the Seller's designated carrier, no shipping costs will be charged to the Buyer. If another carrier is used, the Buyer covers the cost.
5.9. The Consumer must return the goods within 10 (ten) days of exercising the right of withdrawal.
6. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION Buyers can submit complaints to the Seller's address listed above. Complaints will be reviewed by authorized units and addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS 7.1. The Buyer should inspect the goods upon delivery and refuse damaged items. Once accepted, the product is deemed to be in good condition.
7.2. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders suspected of bad faith or intended for resale.
7.3. Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure. The Seller will notify the Buyer in such cases.
7.4. Delivery is subject to successful payment. If payment is canceled or not received, the Seller is released from the delivery obligation.
8. AUTHORIZED COURT Disputes shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in the place of the Buyer's residence or where the goods were purchased, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT Determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products specified in Article 4, pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 - FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT 3.1. The Buyer acknowledges reading and understanding the entire agreement. 3.2. Both parties agree that there is no disproportion between the agreed performances.

The sale is intended for final consumers. The Seller may terminate the contract if resale intent is suspected. 5.8. The Buyer cannot return or exchange online purchases at physical retail stores.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Consistent with the terms outlined in Section 5 of the Preliminary Information Form.) 6.3. If the original invoice is not sent back, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The Buyer must sign the invoice with the note "Return Invoice."
